Altitude Training

Compete at sea level.
Train at 6,742.

Altitude training works — the science has been settled for fifty years. What keeps most programs off the mountain is logistics. National Sports Alliance removes that problem entirely: one operator, one accountable relationship, and an entire mountain town running as a single high-performance campus.

The Problem

Altitude is easy.
Operating at altitude is not.

Every high-performance director already knows the physiology. What stops a camp from happening is the twelve separate negotiations sitting behind it — venues, beds, vans, permits, food, medical, and someone to answer the phone at 6am when a flight slips.

Live High

Sleep & recover at 6,742 ft

Base elevation sits inside the scientifically ideal adaptation band — high enough to drive the response, not so high that recovery and training quality collapse.

Train Low

Sea level within one hour

Descend for intensity work and return the same day. The full live-high / train-low protocol runs inside a single training day without leaving the county.

Compete

Southern California, 2.5 hrs

Four international airports within two hours, and the LA28 Olympic footprint two and a half hours down the mountain.

Operate

365 days a year

Four genuine seasons of training conditions, and an operator on the ground between camps — not just during them.

What's Included

Wheels-down
to departure.

Teams bring their athletes and their training plan. NSA delivers everything else across four operating modules, coordinated through one point of contact.

Facilities & Training

Lake, trail and ridgeline training venues. Private gym, strength and recovery partners. The Big Bear Performance Center — a 70,000 sq ft athlete-specific buildout — is in development to anchor the wider ecosystem.

Module 01
Hospitality & Logistics

Lodging network booked to team specification. Ground transport from wheels-down to departure. Nutrition run alongside each team's own staff, and a dedicated concierge for the length of camp.

Module 02
Partner Assets & Access

Marina and on-water program access. Mountain resort terrain and facilities. Municipal venues, permitting and road use. Medical, recovery and wellness providers already under relationship.

Module 03
Production & Storytelling

Cinematic camp films and athlete profiles. Destination features and episodic content. Sponsor integration built inside real preparation — with athlete, team and sponsor rights cleared first.

Module 04
Who It's For

National programs, professional teams,
and the people who fund them.

Governing Bodies & Federations

NGBs preparing for a championship cycle or building an LA28 altitude base. Australia's national governing body for track and field has already toured Big Bear with its high-performance leadership to evaluate exactly this.

Professional Teams

Season preparation blocks where altitude is part of the plan rather than a novelty. California Legion Rugby built altitude into their season and finished second in the league.

Individual Athletes & Fight Camps

The most detail-intolerant environments in sport. Marlon "Chito" Vera, Khamzat Chimaev and Arman Tsarukyan have all trusted NSA with fight camps.

Brands & Sponsors

Activation, integration and underwriting placed inside genuine preparation — not staged around it — with rights cleared before anything is shot.

NSA removes operational friction from athletic performance and handles the full ecosystem behind the scenes: travel, lodging, facilities, nutrition, recovery, permitting, hospitality, content coordination, sponsorship development, and event operations.
